Pokemon Sour Crystal (GBC)
Pokemon Sour Crystal (GBC)
Pokemon Sour Crystal is an ‘improvement hack’ of Pokemon Crystal that has been 5 years in the making, created with the mindset of updating Crystal to current-gen standards but without losing the nostalgic feel of the original. The hack has many features that may make playing it more comfortable for newer players such as the “PPS” system. RTC is disabled.

The Battle animations are glitched in this version the cartridge needs patch! Don’t even feel like playing because all animations are a glitchy looking barcode!
Hi - I tested Pokemon Sour Crystal on a GBC, GBA and GBA SP and I didn't expeience that glitch. Please keep in mind that clone systems like ModRetro Chromatic don't have 100% compatibility and have known issues. For Example, when using ModRetro Chromatic to play WarioLand DX, the Wario Sprite is glitched. But when you use other hardware, it works fine.
Thanks!
Very nostalgic; haven’t played a game like this since the 90s. Will be sure to check out more games in the future from Retro Gamers US.
