If The Team Rocket Edition game is showing a white screen, our first question is are you using a clone system like an Analogue Pocket? Those clone systems don't have 100% compatibility like the GBA does. If you are using a GBA, please try cleaning the cartridge using Isopropyl Alcohol and a cotton swab. Then try the game again.
