Pokemon Big Blue is a ROM hack of Pokemon Fire Red made by MianCalendar. 

Discover an entirely open world Kanto region. Choose from 42 different starter Pokemon and explore new areas. Experience Gigantamax and Mega Evolution, along with many other exciting features. All the wild battles, trainers, and gym leaders in this game are scaled to how many badges you have collected. As you collect more badges, you’ll see higher level Pokemon in the wild and Pokemarts will even carry a larger selection of items for you to buy. 

Some occasional trainer battles can cause the game to freeze.  You can bypass that trainer and proceed.

    I love it! Playing on my old GameBoy SP

    Just some parts of the game freezes and I have to restart. Other than that the game itself is really nostalgic! I love the simple 1-3 gen catch rate.

    Big problem is not being able to see the map and fly round but still overall fucking bomb AF!!

    Finally! Been waiting for this game

    I've been waiting for this site to offer this game. I just put in an order so I can't wait to play it. Big Blue was awesome playing on an emulator with the open world concept. But i would much rather play it on my original GBA SP.
