This game was originally released only in Japan as the sixth main game (7th overall) in the Fire Emblem series and the first of three games in the series that have appeared on Nintendo's Game Boy Advance handheld. This Game Boy Advance release was only made available in Japan and was never translated into English. This cartridge is a repro fan translated English version.
