Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund or exchange within 14 days. All returned items must be unaltered and in the same condition as it was shipped to you. Exchanges can be for any other item in the store that has an equivalent value. It does not need to be the same exact product.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Retro Gamers US is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods. This is seldom an issue on domestic or international orders thus far.
