Storyline:
Metroid 2 DX is a color upgrade to the original Metroid II that was released for the Game Boy! This fan-made upgrade breaths new life into this forgotten gem from the Game Boy, and is a big piece of the Metroid mythos, being the game that leads into the classic Super Metroid!
 
The game has you tasked with heading to SR-388 to eradicate the entire Metroid population. Explore the large map as you hunt down the last 40 Metroids and finally face off the Mother Metroid, now in vibrant color!

      Metroid II dx "color update"

      It was a great Gameboy color update. However, the game won't let me progress towards the end of the the game when I was at the count of 16 Metroid s left to go find and hunt. When I got to a certain point of an area the game would just restart every time. But so far it was fantastic.
